Tragically, Josephine Mohamed, a beloved individual, succumbs to heart disease, leaving a profound impact on her close relatives. In honor of her memory and with a determination to prevent similar heart-related losses, the family decides to establish the JMM Heart Foundation.
2021 The Journey Begins
The JMM Heart Foundation officially begins its journey, focusing on heart health advocacy, education, and awareness. The foundation lays the groundwork for its mission to empower individuals with knowledge, aiming to make a difference in the fight against heart disease.
2022 Branching Out
Acknowledging the importance of early detection and specialized care, the foundation channels its efforts into establishing partnerships with leading cardiologists and medical institutions. Plans for specialized clinics and educational programs take shape.
2023 On Momentum
The memorial fund in Josephine Mohamed's name gains momentum, becoming a key source of support for heart health initiatives. The foundation expands its outreach, reaching local communities through targeted educational campaigns, screenings, and awareness events.
